TikTok Shop buyer questions by product
What buyers ask under TikTok Shop product videos before they buy, quoted word for word from public comments and reviews, and whether the most-played videos answer it. Based on public comments and search suggestions, not sales attribution.
What this library is
Each page covers one product people sell on TikTok Shop, such as a self-cleaning litter box or a baby carrier. It lists the questions and doubts buyers raise before they buy: does it fit, is it loud, how long does the battery last, is it worth the price. Every question comes with buyers' own words and a note on whether the most-played videos for that product already answer it.
Where the data comes from
For each product we collect the most-played US TikTok videos for its search term, the public comments under them, buyer reviews on the product listing and TikTok's search suggestions. Comments that ask, worry or complain are grouped into questions and counted; praise and jokes are left out. We check video descriptions and captions, not what is shown on screen, to see whether a question is answered. Each page shows the date its data was collected and hides commenter names. Quotes are buyers' words, not facts checked by AngleCue, and counts come from that one sample.
How to use it
Before you film or brief a creator, open the page closest to your product and look for questions that no top video answers. Those are the doubts a buyer may still have when they leave. Answer one of them on screen in the first seconds of your video, or add the answer to your listing. To see how this works step by step, read why TikTok Shop videos get views but no sales. To choose who films it, read how to vet creators before you send a sample. If your product is not listed, make a free buyer hesitation map for it.
